Education : Master’s Degree or its equivalent, or Certificate of
Leadership and Management from the CSC
Training : 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and
development intervention; OR 40 hours MCLE/CPE/CPD
and 80 hours management training
Work Experience : 5 years of supervisory/management experience
