Education : Bachelor of Laws
Training : No person shall be appointed Deputy Register of Deeds IV
unless he has been admitted to the practice of law in the
Phil. and shall have been actually engaged in such practice
for at least 5 years or has been employed for a like period in
any branch of government the functions of which include
the registration of property;
