Competency : 1. Possess technical skills related to Blood Banking
procedures 2. Ability to perform NVBSP and HBTC Report
(Blood Safety Indicator required by Philippine Red Cross
and Department of Health) 3. Good communication skills 4.
Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint) 5. Good
organizational and time management skills 6. Must be
flexible with ability to work with various schedules 7. Can
work with minimum supervision 8. Ability to handle
multiple tasks simultaneously 9. Ability to work rapidly and
accurately 10. Knowledge in quality control measures to
check blood quality and stability for transfusion. 11. Has
the ability to work in team-oriented environment.
