Competency : 1) Proficiency in handling general administrative tasks; 2)
Competence and proficiency in professional and in
customer-oriented approaches when dealing with queries,
complaints, or request of staff, faculty, students and
visitors; 3) The ability in organizing and maintaining
electronic and physical files, ensuring efficient retrieval and
confidentiality of documents; 4) Knowledge of office
equipment operation such as computers, printers, scanners
and others; 5) Proficiency in preparing office
correspondence and other documents to be distributed to
other units and tracking/follow up of the same; 6)
Demonstrates knowledge and skills in handling ISO related
documents; 7) Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft
Excel, leveraging a diverse set of skills to enhance data
management and analysis; and 8) Adheres professionalism
at all time.
