Eligibility : Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility
Education : Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Electrical
Engineers, Nurses, LLB)
Training : Four (4) hours of relavant training (preferably in labor laws,
occupational safety and health, quality management
systems)
Work Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience on engineering,
occupational safety and health, labor laws and human
resource policies
Competency : Level 4 (Advanced) Demonstrates expertise and extensive
experience in a particular or several processes, methods and
application of broad understanding of all the complex
aspects and issues of labor inspection.
