Education : Bachelor?s degree with major in any of the following areas:
Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology,
Penology, Corrections. Police Science, Police
Administration or other related fields or Bachelor of Laws
Training : Four Years of progressively responsible experience in
probation or other field work or Three Years of supervisory
experience
Work Experience : 40 Hours of supervisory/ management learning and
development intervention
Competency : Intermediate Level under the following areas:
Creating and Nurturing a High Performing Organization
Building Collaborative and Inclusive Working
Relationships
Managing Performance and Coaching for Results
Leading Change
Thinking Strategically and Creatively
