Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any appropriate eligibility
for Second Level position or RA 1080 (Bar Passer)
Education : Bachelor’s degree with major in any of the following areas:
Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology,
Penology, Corrections, Police Science, Police
Administration or other related fields or Bachelor of Laws
Training : Forty (40) hours of supervisory management learning and
development intervention
Work Experience : Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in
probation or other related work or Three (3) years of
supervisory experience
Competency : Intermediate Level under the following areas:
- Building Collaborative and Inclusive Working
Relationships - Managing Performance and Coaching for Results
- Leading Change
- Thinking Strategically and Creatively
- Creating and Nurturing a High Performing Organization
